This Chardonnay is aged in new barrels for seven months on lees (with stirring), while the Sauvignon is aged in tanks on lees. Following vinification, wines are harmoniously assembled.
This bold and original wine offers an elegant and aromatic expression. Intense straw yellow color. The powerful nose opens with aromas of citrus, pineapple and subtle mineral notes.
This dry white wine has good acidity and texture, is soft and full, with an aftertaste reminiscent of white fruit.
